Ealat, Nadym, Paris
The ICR team and many Ealat participants have arrived safely in Nadym, via a chartered plane from Murmansk this evening. Project leaders Svein Mathiesen and Ole Henrik Magga were in Paris this morning for the official opening of the International Polar Year, with Svein taking a gruelling route via Moscow seeing him arrive in Nadym on Friday morning, March 2nd, in time for the Ealat workshop and tundra visit.
